Eric Quinney, Lyman, was named the 2023 Football Official of the Year last weekend at the 39^th Annual Wyomng Coaches Association Hall of Fame banquet in Casper. He has worked as an official in high school sports for nearly two decades. He is pictured with his wife, Jennylin, at the Hall of Fame banquet. It was reported, Quinney looks at officiating as a way to pass on to youth players so they have opportunities like he had when growing up.Quinney serves as the chief administrative office for the Uinta County Fire and Ambulance.
