Q: How do I log in to the website...
A: To log in to the website, enter the username and password you received via email in the username and password filed located
either at the upper right hand corner of the website or the Website Login portion of the Information page.
Q: How do I change my password...
A: To change your password, first log in using your existing username and password. Then click the Information tab, and click the
Change Password button located in the Account Information section. A pop-up window will appear allowing you to enter a new password.
Q: What do I do if I've forgotton my password...
A: To have a new password sent to you, click the Forgot Password link located directly under the login box on the upper right
hand corner of the website.
Q: How do I reset my browser limit...
A: To reset your browser limit, log in to the website then click the Information tab. In Account Information section you can view
the current number of authenticated browsers. To reset your browser limit, click the Reset Limit button. A new password will be sent
to the email address on record for the account. Note, the browser limit will typically be reached only if you try logging in to the site
from more than 5 different web browsers, or if the website is unable to store information in your browser's cookie file.
Q: What do I do if I've received the "Browser Limit Exceeded" error page...
A: In the event that you have exceeded the number of authenticated web browsers, you can simply enter your username and password
into the appropriate fields on the browser limit warning page and then click the Reset Browser button. You will automatically receive
a new password to your email address.
Q: How do view past issues of the E-Edition...
A: To view previous issues of the E-Edition, use the date selection drop down menus located on the upper right corner of the E-Edition
page.
Q: What are Newsstand Credits and how are they used...
A: Newsstand Credits allow you to purchase a single issue of our E-Edition. To purchase Newsstand Credits you must first create
a "registered user" account. Registering with the site costs nothing and simply provides you with a means to purchase credits and
submit form information. After registering with the site, click the Information tab and then click the Buy Additional Credits button
located in the Account Information section. Select the quantity of credits you wish to purchase and click the Buy Now button.
