MOUNTAIN VIEW — MVHS will hold its ‘Spring Showcase’ April 3, at 7:30 p,m. in the MVHS auditorium.
Tickets are available from any MVHS choir member or at the door for $3 an individual & $15 for an immediate family of 5 or more.
The program will be arranged in five sets: broadway musicals, jazz, country-western, young-at-heart and rock on at the movies.
There will be more than 25 songs. Some of the song will include Always Look on the Bright Side of Life (musical “Spamalot”), Beauty School Dropout & Greased Lightinin’ (musical “Grease”), Over the Rainbow, Love Story (Taylor Swift), Next to Lovin’ I Like Fightin’ Best (staged fight scene!), Touch the Sky (Disney’s “Brave” with Merida), I See the Light (Tangled), That’s How You Know (Disney’s “Enchanted” with Giselle) and “Don’t Stop Believin.”
Guest artists will include John Lupher playing banjo, MVHS guitar III ensemble and the MVMS seventh and eighth grade choir.
