Claire Eunice Burnett Feb. 28, 1927 – Sept. 29, 2012

Claire E. Burnett died on Sept. 29, at her home in Mountain View.

She was born on Feb. 28, 1927, in Monte Video, Minn., the daughter of Charles W. and Elsie (Beottcher) Simpson. She married Leonard Charles Burnett on Dec.20, 1968, in San Pedro, Calif.

She enjoyed sewing, and cooking.

She is survived by her spouse, Leonard Burnett; sons, David (Sheila) Madsen and Gary Madsen; daughter, Carol (John) Harms; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Dwayne, and a sister Madeline.

Funeral services will be Thursday, Oct. 4, at 2 p.m. at the Assembly of God Church, where family will greet friends one hour prior to services. Interment followed services at the Fort Bridger Cemetery.
