MaryBeth Smith Eyre, age 52, died Nov. 4, in Lyman.
She was born on June 21, 1960, in Washington D.C. the daughter of Thomas Franklin and Martha Marie (Wright) Smith. She was raised by her foster parents, Don and Dianne Grimsley and Irene Willardson after she was 11 years old,
She married Kirk Langton Eyre on May 14, 1982, in the Salt Lake City, Utah, LDS Temple. She received a degree in education and taught elementary school for numerous years. MaryBeth loved running, writing, climbing and teaching children.
She is survived by her husband, Kirk Eyre, of Lyman, WY.; and her children, Justin Eyre of Ogden, Utah.; Chris Eyre, of Longmont, Colo.; Kenny Eyre, of Logan, Utah.; Scott Eyre, of Rock Springs; Kelli Eyre, of Logan, Utah; and Riley Eyre, of Lyman.
She is also survived by one brother, and seven sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister and her foster parents, Dianne and Don Grimsley.
Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, Nov. 9, at noon at the Lyman L.D.S. Stake Center, Urie. Family will greet friends from 11 a.m. until the time of the services. Interment will follow services at the Lyman City Cemetery.
