Sarah Owens, 27, died on Thursday, Nov.29, in Evanston.
She was born on Dec. 27, 1991, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Richard and Kathy Mitchell.
Sarah’s smile would light up a room. She had a joking personality and a sassy attitude. She wore her heart on her shoulder. Sarah loved God and her family deeply.
Sarah is survived by a husband, Stephen Owens, Montana; children: Wyatt Owens Crockett, Annalynn Mitchell Crockett and Shayla Owens Crockett. She is also survived by her parents, Rick and Kathy Mitchell; sisters: Amy Meeks and Treina Montoya; grandparents, Stan and Jackie Mitchell, Ariz.; David and Beverly Neild, of Utah, and Bill and Cyndi Worthington, Idaho; a niece, Ondreona; nephews, Cyro, Tavean and Domanick. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Sarah was preceded in death by her uncles, Lenny Worthington and Gary Florence; her paternal grandmother, Shirley Slagowski; and her maternal grandfather, Joseph Bevis.
Memorial services to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, Dec.7, at 11 a.m. at the Will-Yums Turf restaurant in Fort Bridger. She will be laid to rest at the Millburne Cemetery.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home.
