Absentee voting has begun, and will continue through Nov. 5, the day before the election.
Any person wishing to request an absentee ballot may do so by contacting their county clerk. In Wyoming, any qualified elector may apply for an absentee ballot at any time during a calendar year in which the election is held, but not on the day of the election. Wyoming has “no excuse” voting, meaning the voter does not need a medical or other excuse to vote absentee. Any registered voter may request an absentee ballot.
