District 4 administers oaths to board

MOUNTAIN VIEW – Uinta County School District 4 administered the oath of office to the district board in a special meeting Tuesday night, Nov. 27.

The board members are Kelly Carpenter, Mark D. Walker, Deb Hovde and Tony Layson, Jr. The board remains the same as the previous term. The new term begins Dec. 1.

Kelly Carpenter was presented a Wyoming School Board Association Award of Distinction –Level II. Mark Walker was also recognized for being named a WSBA All State school board member.

Superintendent Jeff Newton presented the awards to Carpenter and Walker.
