SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – The Utah Mobile Vet Center (MVC) will visit the Uinta County communities of Mountain View and Evanston Monday, April 15.
The MVC will be at Benedict’s Market in Mountain View from 8 a.m. to noon. That afternoon from 1-5:30 p.m., the MVC will move to the Junction Mall parking lot, located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Front Street and 6th Street in Evanston.
A division of the United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Vet Centers serve America’s Veterans and their families at 300 “brick and mortar” offices and 70 MVC’s around the country. Vet Centers provide quality readjustment counseling to combat Veterans and their families. Vet Center counselors also provide military sexual trauma counseling, and, grief and bereavement counseling for surviving parents, spouses and children of those who died while on active duty. Information and assistance with VA benefits is also available.
