Large bank/no water

This is the Blacks Fork River looking north from the bridge on County Road 217 last Friday. The water in the river was a trickle compared to what it can carry and to other streams like the nearly overflowing Lyman Canal on Friday on Highway 411. The large boulders on the bank of the river were part of the mitigation work and refurbishing of the bank following the flood a couple of years ago. According to the water report on Monday, the Blacks Fork is being regulated into the 1902 priority and the Smiths Fork into 1899 priority.
