FORT BRIDGER – Robert Iorg, 73, died at his home in Fort Bridger on July 6.
He was born May 10, 1940, in Upalco, Utah, the son of Claude and Irene Iorg.
Robert enjoyed chariot racing, hunting, fishing, and, most of all being, with his family. He loved supporting his children and grandchildren at sporting events and hanging out at the occasional barbeque.
He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Iorg; sons, Glen (Teresa) Iorg and Bob (Shawna) Iorg; daughters Chris (Butch) Irick; and Sam (Brian) Tillotson; 14 grandchildren: Dana, Diana, Deena, Newt, Dusty, Nocona, Robin, Tad, Matt, Chance, Trevor, Kilee, Keshia and Kale; and 20 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, five sisters, and one daughter, Robin.
Memorial services will be conducted on Wednesday, July 10, at 11 a.m. in the Fort Bridger Legion Hall. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the memorial services. Services are under the direction of Crandall Funeral Home of Evanston.
