LYMAN – Uinta County Public Health Offices has set up flue clinics for residents of Uinta County.
Public Health is encouraging everyone over six months of age to get a flu shot.
Two clinics will be held in Bridger Valley, The first will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 16, 9 a.m. to noon, at the Mountain View Senior Citizens Center. The second will be an all day clinic on Friday, Oct. 25, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Public Health Office in Lyman. The office will remain open during the lunch hour.
In addition, a mass flu shot clinic will be held in Evanston at the Machine Shop on Oct. 15, noon to 5 p.m.
The cost of the flu shots for adults is $20, or $30 for a nasal mist.
For children, the cost is $15 for the shots or $20 for a nasal mist.
Public Health is able to bill some insurance companies so participants need to bring their insurance cards.
