MOUNTAIN VIEW – The Uinta Senior Citizens Center has recently hired three new employees that enjoy making the community’s senior citizens smile.
Amy Oehler was hired on as the head cook, she manages the kitchen staff, plans the menu, orders the food and helps make the main meal offered Mondays through Friday’s at the Center.
Assistant cook Colette Carver helps Oehler in the kitchen by cooking, putting together the salad bar and washing all of the dishes.
Emerly Layton was hired as the activities director and plans all of the activities offered routinely at the center as well as the upcoming holiday parties. The seniors make suggestions that are taken into consideration while she plans the activities.
Each of these ladies stated that they love the seniors and that’s why they come to work.
