LYMAN — The12th Annual Death by Chocolate night will be held at the Lyman Library multi-purpose room beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 10. Admission is $2 per person or $10 per family. The evening will include a chocolate recipe contest, chocolate tasting and a guitar recital.
To participate in the recipe contest, bring your prepared chocolate dish cut into small, taster-size bites. Email your recipe to email@example.com or bring a single copy of the recipe that evening. By entering the contest you give your consent to have your recipe published in the library’s collected recipe book. Chocolate tasters vote for their favorite dish.
There is a $5 fee to enter the contest. The creation judged to be best wins half the entry fees. The rest benefits the Uinta County Library Endowment. The recipes will be collected into a supplement to A Decade of Death by Chocolate recipe book on sale now at all Uinta County Libraries for $20. All proceeds benefit the Uinta County Library Endowment Fund. Please call 787-6556 for more information.
