The Uinta County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public meetings for 2019/2020 on the following dates:

PUBLIC NOTICE

  1. Walter Riebenack of Evanston, Wyoming, intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to retain 10 percent or more of the shares of and thereby control of UCSB Financial Corporation, Mountain View, Wyoming, and for approval as a member of the Riebenack/Gilbert Control Group that controls 10 percent or more of the shares of UCSB Financial Corporation. In addition, Keith L. Gilbert of Fort Wayne, Indiana, The Cyprian Fund, LLC of Mountain View, Wyoming, Estate of Barbara A. Gilbert, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Brian K. Gilbert and Andrea R. Gilbert of Naperville, Illinois, Fred L. Gilbert and Cynthia D. Gilbert of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, James Gilbert and Christina Gilbert of Akron, Ohio, Terry Gilbert of Uniondale, Indiana, Andrea S. Worsham of Altamonte Springs, Florida, and Hannah Worsham of Altamonte Springs, Florida, intend to apply for approval as members of the Riebenack/Gilbert Control Group.  UCSB Financial Corporation controls Uinta Bank, a state member bank headquartered in Mountain View, Wyoming. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.

You are invited to submit comments in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, One Memorial Drive, Kansas City, MO 64198. The comment period will not end before March 15, 2019, and may be somewhat longer. The Board’s procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262.25. To obtain a copy of the Federal Reserve Board’s procedures, or if you need more information about how to submit your comments on the notice, contact Dennis Denney, Assistant Vice President, at (816) 881-2633. The Federal Reserve will consider your comments and any request for a public meeting or formal hearing on the notice if they are received in writing by the Reserve Bank on or before the last day of the comment period.
