Councilman Quinney has some concerns about the amount of spending with the cash carryover. The cash carryover is how the town builds their reserve for a “rainy day”. The past few years this money has been spent on projects and he feels we need to start saving any cash carryover. He was a little reluctant about the price of the skateboard park but did vote in favor of it. Eric was not able to voice this concern at the last meeting because of some technical difficulties.
