The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor, Bryan Ayres.
The September 21, 2021 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7 pm by Mayor, Bryan Ayres. Those present were, council members, Jenny Harvey, Tori Carter, Gina Tims and Jamy Ferrin, Jacob Porter with Public Works, Chief of Police, Trevor Rasmussen and Officer’s Jessica Knezovich and Allen Van Wagoner.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Tori Carter to approve the agenda; motion carried.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Gina Tims to approve the September 7, 2021 minutes; motion carried.
Promotion to Allen Van Wagoner from Officer to Sergeant by Mayor, Bryan Ayres.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Tori Carter to recess into Public Hearing for public comment on ORDINANCE 2021-6 CODE UPDATE; motion carried.
Public Comment: Question asked- What is the Ordinance that is being changed?
Motion by Gina Tims, second by Jenny Harvey to reconvene into regular meeting motion carried.
Motion by Jamy Ferring, second by Tori Carter approving ORDINANCE 2021-6 CODE UPDATE on the 2nd Reading; motion carried.
