CHANGE OF SCHEDULE FOR MEETING
The Board of Trustees of Uinta County School District No. 6 will hold the regular board meeting on Wednesday November 10th at 7 p.m. in the administration building at 126 North Franklin Street. The work session will begin at 6pm. This schedule change is due to the WSBA Annual Conference.

Uinta County School District #4 is accepting sealed bids for forty-two (42) used parking lot lights (heads only; no poles), Philips Gardco Model ECA18-3H-320PSMHQUAD-BRP. Lights can be inspected at the district Central Office, 129 W. 2nd Street, Mountain View, WY, M-F 8-4. Lights will be sold “AS IS” with no warranty expressed or implied. Sealed bids are due to the Central Office by 12PM on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, and awarded at the November 9 school board meeting. Must be removed no later than 12pm (noon) on the Friday immediately following the bid award, unless an alternate arrangement is made.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The United States Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), with Austin/Wall Irrigation District (AWID) as the project sponsor, are proposing to fund through the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act [Public Law (PL) 83-566], improvements at the Wall Reservoir. The reservoir is located north of Fort Bridger in Uinta County, Wyoming. The proposal includes improvements at the Wall Dam to reduce seepage losses, improve operational functions, and reduce flood risk to downstream property owners.
A meeting will be held to review and discuss the scoping for the Upper Blacks Fork Watershed – Wall Reservoir Project. The meeting will be held on Monday, November 22, 2021 at 5:30 PM at the Lyman Town Hall. Members of the Austin & Wall Irrigation District and the public are invited to attend.

December 15, 2021, and then publicly opened and read aloud at the Districts Maintenance Facility located at 325 Kirlin Drive, Evanston, WY 82930. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for November 17 at 2:00 P.M. at the Districts Maintenance Facility.

The project consists of all labor, material, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete demolition of; concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, asphalt, retaining wall (complete), chain link fence, and other misc. items. New construction includes 2,016 SY asphalt pavement, 933 SY sidewalk, misc. concrete, 135 LF curb & gutter, 45 LF chain link fence, 2 catch basins, ±150 LF 6” Drainpipe, 2 gravel drain sumps, drainage channel with rock rip rap, other misc. work, and material testing. A Bid Alternate of ±2,500 SY of asphalt pathing at various District facilities is included.
Each Bidder will be required to submit, with their bid, a certified check, or Bid Bond made payable without condition to the Uinta County School District No. 1 in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder’s maximum Bid Price as a guarantee that such Bidder will enter into a contract within five (5) days after the date of the OWNER’S Notice of Award.
Subject to Wyoming Statute 16-6-105, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state. If bidder is claiming resident contractor status bidder shall submit proof of resident contractor status per Wyoming Statute 16-6-102 with bid.
Uinta County School District No. 1 reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interest may appear.
