Needs high pressure fuel line, fuel tank has been removed for repair, no complete seats, A/C does not work. Vehicle will be sold “AS IS” and “WHERE IS” with no warranty expressed or implied. Vehicle can be inspected at the district Bus Garage, 706 4th Street, Mountain View, WY, M-F 8-4. Sealed bids are due to the Central Office by 12pm (noon) on November 19, 2019, and awarded at the December school board meeting. Vehicle must be removed no later than 12pm (noon) on the Friday immediately following the bid award, unless an alternate arrangement is made.

TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Scott Dellinger.

The October 15, 2019 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Scott Dellinger. Those present were Council President, Gina Tims, council members Bryan Ayres, Jacob Porter and Tori Carter, Clerk, Penny Robbins and Chief of Police, Brian Sparks.

Motion by Gina Tims, second by Tori Carter to approve the agenda; motion carried.

Motion by Jacob Porter, second by Bryan Ayres to approve the October 1, 2019 minutes; motion carried.

Motion by Jacob Porter, second by Tori Carter to approve Ordinance 2019-4 an ordinance amending and replacing section 13-6-12 of the town code parking – snow removal on first reading; motion carried.

Motion by Gina Tims, second by Jacob Porter to enter into contract with Bridger Valley Sub-for-Santa to provide to the citizens of the town of mountain view and Bridger Valley assistance in making sure that children and seniors citizens have warm clothing, to put smiles on the faces of those children with gifts on Christmas morning and also help put food in the household pantries of those citizens of Mountain View falling within the class of persons served by said organization in the amount of $1000; motion carried

Motion by Bryan Ayres, second by Tori Carter to enter into contract with American legion Post #36 to provide to the citizens of the town of Mountain View, the opportunity to help provide the annual Veterans Day dinner free-of-charge to their veterans’ and active duty military personnel as well as all veterans who attend the 2019 Veterans Day dinner in the amount of $250; motion carried
