The Town of Lyman will be holding a silent auction on January 23, 2020. Bids must be turned into the Clerk’s Office by 3:00 p.m. on January 23, 2020.
The items that will be auctioned are the following:
1990 Ford Street Sweeper (min. bid $2,000.00)
1984 John Deere 544C Loader
2008 Power Stroke F-250 (min. bid $1,000.00)
Items can be viewed January 21st and 22nd at the Lyman Police Department parking lot between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Anyone interested in bidding must obtain a bidding sheet from the Clerk’s Office.

NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Lyman will receive sealed bids for a 2019-2020, extended cab long box pick-up truck. Specs are available by calling 307-787-6595 or at 100 E. Sage St. Lyman Wyoming.
Sealed bids must be received by January 30, 2020 4:00 pm. at the Clerk's Office, 100 E. Sage Street, Lyman Wyoming or PO Box 300, Lyman Wyoming 82937.
The Town of Lyman reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor technicalities as may be deemed for the best interest of the town.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC’s Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. Hemphill, LLC intends to construct a communications facility at 52600 I-80 (approximately .67 mi SW of I-80 & Church Butte Rd), Lyman, Uinta County, WY (41.430819, -110.12119). The facility will include a self-supporting telecommunications tower with an approximate overall height of 109 ft. and associated equipment. Hemphill, LLC is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
