• Allen Wyatts 130 South Main Street asked what effects this Assisted Living Facility will have on our emergency responders that are very short handed anyway. Councilman Quinney Chief Administrative Officer of Uinta County Fire and Ambulance replied that he does believe it will increase their call volume. Councilman Spray stated that the majority of the residents in this facility will be local citizens that would need emergency responders rather they are in the facility or at their homes in Lyman, he also stated that it may decrease the number of calls because of the ability to have assistance at the facility not needing to call 911.
