PUBLIC NOTICE

Uinta County School District Number Four will host community meetings on December 10, 2019, and January 14, 2020, at 7:30 PM at the District Board Room for the purpose of gathering feedback from community members regarding the District’s proposed alternative calendar. The proposed 2020-2021 school calendar will be very similar to the alternative calendar used the past eleven years. There will be 165 student days and 180 staff days. Community input is valued and appreciated.

TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW

November 5, 2019   7:00 P.M.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Scott Dellinger.

The November 5, 2019 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Mayor Scott Dellinger. Those present were Council President, Gina Tims, council members Bryan Ayres, Jacob Porter and Tori Carter, Clerk, Penny Robbins, Rick Guild with Public Works and Chief of Police, Brian Sparks.

Motion by Gina Tims, second by Jacob Porter to approve the agenda; motion carried.

Motion by Tori Carter, second by Bryan Ayres to approve the October 15, 2019 minutes; motion carried.

Motion by Gina Tims, second by Jacob Porter to recess into public hearing at 7:03 p.m. to hear public comments on Ordinance 2019-4 an ordinance amending and replacing section 13-6-12 of the town code parking – snow removal, motion carried.

Public comments were asked about what the parking ordinance is and where parking is allowed.

Motion by Jacob Porter, second by Gina Tims to reconvene the regular meeting at 7:20 p.m.; motion carried.

Motion by Bryan Ayres, second by Jacob Porter to approve Ordinance 2019-4 an ordinance amending and replacing section 13-6-12 of the town code parking – snow removal on second reading; motion carried.

Mayor Scott Dellinger read the proclamation to proclaim November 10, 2019 as American Legion Auxiliary Day.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that Stacey Henstra has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a commercial operation, specifically a Commercial Kitchen to operate in a Residential Land Use District.  More specifically Block 1 Lot 2 of the Bob Kat Subdivision with a physical address of 140 Main Street, Fort Bridger, (Millburne) Wyoming.
