Notice is hereby given that Chase and Sarah Sawyer have applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) and Subdivision Permit for a parcel of land in Section 34, T15N R115W of the 6th P.M., Uinta County, Wyoming. Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve the August 5, 2021 business meeting and work session with correction of a grammar error on the business meeting, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
Ordinance No. 2021-08 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY PERMITS IN THE TOWN OF LYMAN, UINTA COUNTY, WYOMING Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2021-08 on the third and final reading, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
Ordinance No. 2021-09 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LYMAN, WYOMING SIMPLIFYING THE ORDINANCE GOVERNING ALCOHOL PERMITS Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2021-09 on the first reading, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve the authorization of publishing Resolution 2021-17, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Hooton made the motion to approve the renewal of the Memorandum of Understanding for the Community Diaper Bank of Uinta County, Lyman Office, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.

NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the Town of Lyman has accepted as completed all work on the Lyman Streets 2021 Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between the Town of Lyman and Kilgore Companies LLC dba Lewis & Lewis, Inc., the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.
Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is August 6th, 2021 and the date of final settlement will be after September 16th, 2021 and when all punch list items are complete.
Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Town of Lyman prior to the above published date of final settlement.

The July 20, 2021 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7 pm by Council President, Gina Tims. Those present were, council members, Jenny Harvey, Tori Carter, Gina Tims and Jamy Ferrin, Chief of Police, Trevor Rasmussen, Officer’s Alan Kiefer and Jessica Knezovich.
