Invitation to submit proposals

Uinta County is seeking proposals for installation of concrete at the grandstands and at the new pig barn at 122 Bear River Drive in Evanston, WY. Total concrete is approximately 325 yards at grandstand and 185 yards at pig barn.

This project will require an on-site inspection prior to proposal submission, pre-submittal meeting will be held at the above location on March 21st, 2024, at 10 a.m. Project specifications will be released at that time. Contractor must comply with the Wyoming Preference Act; carry required insurance, and all city and state licenses.

Proposals need to include schedule and completion time based on a purchase OK given by 4/2/2024.

All proposals must be submitted by 3/28/2024 at 5 p.m. to be considered, county will review all proposals at 9 a.m. on March 29th, 2024, at Uinta County Courthouse maintenance department

Uinta County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted.

Notice to Contractors:

Notice is hereby given that Board of Trustees of Uinta County School District #6, 126 North Franklin, Lyman, Wyoming will receive sealed Bid Proposals on or before 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 4th for installation of 34 classroom sound amplification systems.  Bid should separate the following:  Lyman High School installation of 14 sound systems and Lyman Intermediate School installation of 20 sound systems.  Work may begin pending state grant approval (which can take up to 60 days) and needs to be completed by August 31, 2024.

A  mandatory job walkthrough will be held at Lyman Intermediate School, 116 North Main on Monday, March 25 at 10:30 a.m. followed by a walkthrough of Lyman High School, 1305 East Clark Street, on that same day at 11:15 a.m.   Sealed bids will be accepted until Thursday, April 4th at 1:00 p.m. at which time they will be opened  in the Lyman (UCSD #6) District Office.  Bids should be sent to Uinta County School District #6,  Attention:  Candice Rollins, P.O. Mayor, Bryan Ayres led the Pledge of Allegiance.

The February 6, 2024 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:03 pm by Mayor Bryan Ayres.
