MOUNTAIN VIEW —The annual “Kid Camp” at Mountain View, Aug. 3-5, with each day divided into two sessions each.
The morning session, 9-11 a.m., was geared to third through sixth grade. The evening session, 6-8 p.m. was for seventh and eighth graders.
MVHS head football coach Brent Walk had encouraged campers to bring their personal supplies and “a great attitude.”
Walk has repeatedly said the kid camps are a way to initiate and show younger students on what it means to be a Mountain View Buffalo.
The camp was conducted by the MVHS, MVMS and Little League coaching staffs
along with current and past MVHS football players.
