as fee simple owner of said real property naming both of you as Defendants, alleging that you claim estates, rights, titles, liens and interests therein which are adverse to those of the Plaintiff, and that Plaintiff is seeking to have its title to said real property forever quieted and a judicial determination that you have no estates, rights, titles, liens or interests therein.

The February 18, 2025 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Mayor, Bryan Ayres. Those present were, council members, Jamy Ferrin, Tori Carter, and Michael Tims, Clerk, Penny Robbins, Deputy Clerk, Tammy Murray, Public Works Director, Jacob Porter, Police Officer, Mark Erramouspe and Police Officer, Brian Ficker. Attorney, Brandon Taylor attended via Zoom.
