LYMAN — Gregg Moretti, CIO from BVEA, presented information on cyber security and the importance of being diligent at last week’s Chamber of Commerce monthly community luncheon.
The presentation at the Mountain View Town Hall was part of the Chamber’s monthly luncheon. During this presentation, Moretti stressed that for businesses, training is the number one way to protect themselves. Employees need to be aware of spam email, not opening anything email or clicking links that that are unexpected and they shouldn't check personal email on their work computers.
The same goes for personal use, according to Moretti.
