CHEYENNE — Governor orders the State of Wyoming flag be flown at half staff at the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Uinta County on Sept. 13
CHEYENNE — Governor Mark Gordon has ordered the State of Wyoming flag be flown at half-staff at the Capitol in Cheyenne and in Uinta County from sunrise to sunset on Sept.13, in honor of Dennis Ottley, Evanston.
Ottley served as mayor of Evanston for three terms and passed away Sept. 5.
