LANDER — The LHS Lander Eagles competed at the3A West cross country meet last Friday, Oct. 14, with Karly Sabey again turning in a top time of 21:21.17 to take sixth out of a field of eight schools.
The next two best times for the Lyman girls was turned in by Abby Torgersen who crossed the line at 37, and Maryanne France who was 38.
As for the boys team for the Eagles, Brigham Fanos was in the top 10 as he turned in a time of 17:56.62. The next best time by an Eagle was by Mason Staheli who was in at 34.
The Lyman Eagles boys team took seventh at the conference meet. The girls took sixth.
