LYMAN —Keith Duane Erickson, 84, was born on Oct. 26, 1938, on the Erickson ranch outside of Lyman, Wyoming; to Oscar Earl Erickson and Sarah Vernalia Nelson.

He passed away at the Evanston Regional Hospital on July 9, 2023.

Keith lived a full and productive life. He attended and graduated from the Lyman School System. He served in the United States Army, which allowed him to attend the General Motors mechanical school in Salt Lake City, Utah.

He worked full time with the US Forest Service in Daggett County where he met Carol Potter, and they were married July 28, 1958, in the Logan Utah Temple. They raised their five children in Lyman.

Keith owned and operated a local business, Bridger Valley Motor. He loved all cars, old and new. He was active in his community serving as fire chief and town council member for many years. He was instrumental in helping to bring ambulance services to the Valley. He helped deliver senior citizen meals, also.

Keith is survived by his first wife, Carol; children: Becky (Kirk) Eyre, Glade (Zoe Anne) Erickson, Robert Erickson and Judi Collins; grandchildren: Andra, Eric, Shawn, Micah, Jamie, Megan, Kylie, Jeremy, Andrew and Hailey; 16 great-grandchildren and siblings: Jim (Linda) Erickson and Nancy (Dale) Holgate.

Keith was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Ester St. Germain; son, Steven; and son-in-law, Wayne Davidson.

Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the Lyman LDS Chapel with a viewing prior from noon to 2 p.m. Condolences may be made at www.crandallfh.com.
