POTEET, Texas — Wade S. Strobel passed away on Sept. 29, 2022, at the age of 56.
He was a beloved husband, father and kind-hearted man of his word. He had great integrity, was dependable, loyal, always a leader and very well respected.
Wade leaves behind his wife, Ericka; children: Scott (Bridget), Lindsey (Preston), Kelsi (Matt), Michael (Grace) and Gabriel (Julyissa); grandchildren: Abby, Drake, Emma, Madison, Mateo and a grandson on the way.
He is also survived by his sister, Michelle; stepmother, Sandy; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, Forrest, his mother, Judy; and his brother, Michael.
A memorial will be held in his honor on Oct. 17, 2022, at 6 p.m. in Poteet, Texas. at Strawberry Pines.
