Olguin died on December 30, 2020; that at the time of his death he was a resident of Lyman, Uinta County, Wyoming; and that at the time of his death he owned a parcel of real property located in Uinta County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
All of Lot 1 of the Warren Subdivision, located in Uinta County, Wyoming, filed April 16, 1985, as Instrument No. R19692, in the Office of the Uinta County Clerk.
Said Application prays that the Court enter a decree establishing right and title to Decedent’s interest in the above-described parcel of real property and setting over decedent’s interest therein to the heirs of Frank E. Olguin.
You are hereby further notified that any interested party may file objections in writing with the Clerk of District Court in Evanston, Wyoming on or before June 21, 2021.

Councilman Spray made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 15, 2021 business meeting and work session, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
Ordinance No. 2021-01 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TOWN’S SIGN REGULATIONS Councilman Hooton made a motion to take Ordinance No. 2021-01 off the table, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously, Councilman Spray made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2021-01 on the third reading, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Berg opened the public hearing for Ordinance No. 2021-03. No public comments. Mayor Berg closed public hearing.
Ordinance No. 2021-03 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LYMAN, WYOMING ENACTING REGULATIONS ALLOWING OPERATION OF OFF-ROAD RECREATONAL VEHICLES ON TOWN STREETS Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2021-03 on the second reading, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
Ordinance No. 2021-04 AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED “ANNUAL APPROPRATION BILL FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2022” Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2021-04 on the first reading, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
