Notice is hereby given that Prometheus IPP JV I, LLC has applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) for Section 19, T15N, R118W, 6th P.M., Uinta County, Wyoming.  The application would allow a change from the Agricultural/ Resource/ Development (ARD) Land Use District to the Industrial (I) Land Use District.  The subject property is owned by G & C Holdings LLC, near County Road 180.

A public hearing on this matter will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Uinta County Complex, 225 9th Street Evanston, Wyoming.

The subject property is owned by G & C Holdings LLC and is currently within the Agricultural/ Resource/ Development (ARD) Land Use District and will concurrently undergo the Subdivision and Map Amendment process.

TOWN OF LYMAN  Meeting Minutes

August 3, 2026

Held at Lyman Town Hall, Council Chambers

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hooton, present was Councilmember’s, Gregg Moretti, Bronson Berg, Jimmy Bramlett and Dani Wilbur.

Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Bramlett, motion carried unanimously.

Councilman Berg made a motion to approve the minutes of the July 20, 2026, Business Meeting and Work Session, second by Councilwoman Wilbur, motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Hooton asked for a verbal vote on the appointing of Bobby Pineda as the Town of Lyman Attorney, all voted in favor of this action.  Mayor Hooton administered the Oath of Office for Mr. Pineda.

Resolution # 2026-14  A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR THE TOWN HALL SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT PROJECT AND ALLOW CONTRACT TO BE ENTERED AND EXECUTED. Councilman Bramlett made a motion to approve Resolution # 2026-14, second by Councilman Moretti.  Councilmen Bramlett and Moretti voted in favor, Councilman Berg and Councilwoman Wilbur voted nay, Mayor Hooton voted in favor of awarding the bid to Stacey Maxfield Construction. 

Councilwoman Wilbur made a motion to pay the following bills: Alsco – janitorial supplies $628.78,  BVJP – impact fees $2,000.00, Chelsie Fredrickson – contract $1,425.00, Chemtech-Ford – samples $398.00, Cook Brothers Broadcasting – advertising $238.58, Wyoming Worker’s Compensation – monthly reporting $1,576.39, Heartland Animal Clinic – animal medical care $154.85, Reladyne West – gas & diesel $5,658.61, Mountainland Supply – supplies $1,646.88, Hooton Tech – rodeo ground sound system installation $13,734.50, Peterson Legal Services – contract $4,250.00, Postmaster – utility bill mailing $356.26, Enbridge – utilities $826.59, Real Kleen – janitorial supplies $159.35,  Statefire – inspections $144.00, Rock Spring Winnelson – supplies $125.52, Wells Fargo Financial – copier leases $294.00, WLEA -  training $325.00, Wyoming Retirement – monthly reporting $24,308.29, Eric Phillips – contract $1,200.00 second by Councilman Berg, motion passed.
