Anyone having objections to such change must file the same in said Court within thirty (30) days of the last date of publication.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hooton, present was Councilmember’s Gregg Moretti, Bronson Berg, Eric Quinney and Jimmy Bramlett.

Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Moretti, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the minutes of the July 20, 2023 Business Meeting and Work Session, second by Councilman Bramlett, motion carried unanimously.
Resolution # 2023-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LYMAN TOWN COUNCIL CHANGING THE NAME OF GREASEWOOD STREET TO EAST VILLAGE DRIVE Councilman Bramlett made a motion to approve Resolution # 2023-12, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve a Change Order for the Main Street Waterline Project changing the completion date, second by Councilman Berg, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the following bills: Alsco – janitorial supplies $369.80, Arrow E Electric LLC – electrical inspections $2,426.25, Bess Masonry – building repairs $300.00, Big Pee – 4th of July port-a-potties $480.00, Bradshaw Home & Glass – tires $570.00, CME Enterprise LLC – Main St, waterline project $108,438.10, Wyoming Worker’s Compensation – worker comp. $1,090.77, John Deere Financial – supplies/uniforms $740.05, Hach Company – supplies $129.54, Harris Law Office – judge contract $1,200.00, The Hartford – insurance $342.85, Mountainland Supply – supplies $718.24, Peterson L:egal Services – attorney contract $3,000.00, Dominion Energy – utilities $790.38, Reese Auto Service – work on PW vehicle $982.48, Statefire – routine inspections $144.00, Summer Concert Series – bands $1,300.00, Tamera Lopez – contract labor $250.00, Uinta County Clerk – jail fees $280.00, Union Telephone – phone service $1,664.88, Ferguson Waterworks – supplies $6,026.99, Wells Fargo Financial – copier lease $139.00, Wyoming Retirement System – retirement $10,597.16, second by Councilman Bramlett, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Berg made a motion to adjourn into an Executive Session for personnel issues, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
