The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hooton, present was Councilmember’s, Gregg Moretti, Bronson Berg, Jimmy Bramlett and Dani Wilbur.

Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Berg, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Bramlett made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 3, 2026, Business Meeting and Work Session, second by Councilman Berg, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Berg made a motion to approve the Alcohol Beverage Permit for Aubrey Oeljnik @ Heritage Barn on February 27, 2027, second by Councilman Bramlett, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the Alcohol Beverage Permit for Laura Jorgensen @ Heritage Barn on August 29, 2026, second by Councilwoman Wilbur, motion carried unanimously.
Resolution # 2026-15 APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE CLARK ADDITION LOCATED WITHIN THE TOWN OF LYMAN, UINTA COUNTY, WYOMING Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve Resolution # 2026-15, second by Councilman Bramlett, motion carried unanimously.
Resolution # 2026-16 A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING TRONA VALLEY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AS A DEPOSITORY BANK FOR BASIC MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTS OF THE TOWN OF LYMAN, WYOMING Councilman Berg made a motion to approve Resolution # 2026-16, second by Councilman Bramlett. Motion passed. Councilman Moretti recused himself from voting.
Resolution #2026-17 A RESOLUTION CHANGING TOWN COUNCIL MEETING THAT FALLS ON LABOR DAY FOR THE YEAR 2026 Councilman Bramlett made a motion to approve Resolution # 2026-17, second by Councilman Berg, motion carried unanimously.

PUBLIC NOTICE
UINTA COUNTY CONSERVATION DISTRICT LONG RANGE PLAN
RELEASED FOR PUBLIC COMMENT
The Uinta County Conservation District will accept written comments on the Long Range Plan beginning September 15, 2026 and will continue through October 30, 2026. Copies of the document are available at the Conservation District Office located at 204 East Sage Street and on the website at www.uintacountycd.com. Comments can be submitted by email to ksabey.uccd@gmail.com, mailed to PO Box 370, Lyman, WY 82937, or dropped off at the office. A public open house to view the long range plan and submit comments will be held on October 14, 2026 from 10:00 am until noon at the Conservation District Office.
