PUBLIC NOTICE
Uinta County School District No. Four will host community input meetings on December 9, 2025 and January 13, 2026, at 7:30 PM at the District Board Room (129 W. 2nd St., Mountain View) for the purpose of gathering feedback from community stakeholders regarding the District’s proposed alternative calendar. The proposed 2026-2027 school calendar will be very similar to the alternative calendar used by the district for the past 5 years. There will be 161 student days and 176 staff required days. Community input is valued and appreciated as we work to schedule staff days on our high impact Fridays when students and staff are out of the district travelling for athletics and activities.

AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
UINTA COUNTY LIBRARY RESTROOM(S) COUNTERTOP INSTALLATION
UINTA COUNTY LIBRARY, WYOMING
NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the Uinta County Library has accepted as completed all work on the Uinta County Library Restroom(s) Countertop Installation Project according to the plans set forth between Uinta County Library and Wyostone, LLC and the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.
Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is November 27th, 2025, and the date of final settlement will be after January 7th, 2026, and when all punch list items are complete.
Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Uinta County Library prior to the above published date of final settlement.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 21st day of November, 2025, Cristine Larson, filed an Application for a Decree Establishing Right and Title to Real Property seeking an establishment in the name of Cristine Larson and Theresa Sykes, of the decedent’s right, title and interest in and to certain real property located in Uinta County, Wyoming, commonly known as 106 Wall Ct. N., Lyman, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 23 in Block 6 of the Platts Addition, being located in the Town of Lyman, Uinta County, Wyoming, according to the plat recorded July 19, 1974, as Instrument No. 275265, in the office of the Uinta County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH water rights, all improvements thereon and appurtenances thereto belonging; and subject to all reservations of record.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
If no objection to the Application has been filed within thirty (30) days of the first date of publication of this Notice, the Applicant will request that the Court enter a decree establishing in them all right, title and interest in and to the above-described real property.
