AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
UINTA COUNTY LIBRARY RESTROOM(S) DEMOLITION AND REMODEL
UINTA COUNTY LIBRARY, WYOMING
NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the Uinta County Library has accepted as completed all work on the Uinta County Library Restroom(s) Demolition and Remodel Project according to the plans set forth between Uinta County Library and Gregco, LLC and the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.
Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is February 19th, 2026, and the date of final settlement will be after April 1st, 2026, and when all punch list items are complete.
Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Uinta County Library prior to the above published date of final settlement.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Kelly Bonner and JLRJ Overy LLC have applied for a Subdivision Permit for Lots H, I, J, K, L, M and Part of N of the Mountain Meadows Mall Condominiums Phase 2 Subdivision located in Section 1, T15N R115W, 6th P.M., Uinta County Wyoming. The application would allow for the re-subdivision of these lots into a new two-lot, minor Commercial (C) zoned Subdivision.
A public hearing on this matter will be held before the Uinta County Planning and Zoning Commission on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Mountain View Town Hall, Mountain View, Wyoming.
