Notice is hereby given that Bryan Walker has applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) and Subdivision Permit for certain lands in the NW ¼ NW ¼ Section 35, T16N R115W, 6th P.M., Uinta County Wyoming. The application would allow a change from the Agricultural/ Resource/ Development (ARD) Land Use District to the Residential (R) Land Use District for the development of a one lot Residential subdivision entitled the B & D Subdivision.
A public hearing on this matter will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Uinta County Complex, 225 9th St. Evanston, Wyoming.

Mountain View Tourism Board is seeking sealed bids for the creation of our website. We are looking for a web landing page showing support for the advancement of tourism in Mountain View, WY. The landing page will build on the qualities of Mountain View, Local Attractions available from Mountain View, along with the Outdoor Recreation access. The desired content for the page are a community link page, event calendar, a FAQ page. Quotes should describe all services associated with design, maintenance items included and offered, time frames with milestones, Submittals will be due April 15th, 2025. The February 4, 2025 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Mayor, Bryan Ayres. Those present were, council members, Jamy Ferrin, Kelly Bonner and Michael Tims, Clerk, Penny Robbins, Deputy clerk, Tammy Murray, Public Works Director, Jacob Porter, and Police Officer, Mark Erramouspe. Attorney, Brandon Taylor attended via Zoom.
