Notice is hereby given that Prometheus IPP JV I, LLC has applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) and Subdivision Permit for Section 19, T15N, R118W, 6th P.M., Uinta County, Wyoming.  The application would allow a change from the Agricultural/ Resource/ Development (ARD) Land Use District to the Industrial (I) Land Use District and the creation of a new one-lot minor, Industrial Subdivision.  The subject property is owned by G & C Holdings LLC, near County Road 180.

A public hearing on this matter will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Mountain View Town Hall, Mountain View, Wyoming.

Notice is hereby given that Prometheus IPP JVI, LLC has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction and operation of an Independent Power Producer (IPP) facility to be constructed and operate in an Industrial (I) Land Use District in Section 19, T15N, R118W near County Road 180. The subject property is owned by G & C Holdings LLC and is currently within the Agricultural/ Resource/ Development (ARD) Land Use District and will concurrently undergo the Subdivision and Map Amendment process. 

A public hearing on this application will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Mountain View Town Hall, Mountain View, Wyoming.

Motion made by Council Member Carter, Seconded by Council Member Tims, to approve the agenda, motion carried.

Motion by Council Member Tims, Seconded by Council President Ferrin to recess into executive session for personnel at 6:31 pm, motion carried.

Motion by Council President Jamy Ferrin, Seconded by Council Member Carter to reconvene the special meeting at 7:21 pm, motion carried.

No action was taken, motion by Council Member Tims, Seconded by Council Member Brunski-Deckert to adjourn the meeting at 7:22 pm, motion carried.
