NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE
AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
BVJPB 0.5 MG WATER TANK TANK SUPPLIER/INSTALLATION
BRIDGER VALLEY JOINT POWERS BOARD
NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the Bridger Valley Joint Power Board has accepted as completed all work on the BVJPB 0.5 MG Water Tank Tank Supplier/Installation Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between the Bridger Valley Joint Powers Board and Superior Tank Company Inc., the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.
Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is September 3, 2026 and the date of final settlement will be after October 14, 2026 and when all punch list items are complete.
Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Bridger Valley Joint Powers Board prior to the above published date of final settlement.

Notice is hereby given that Prometheus IPP JVI, LLC has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction and operation of an Independent Power Producer (IPP) facility to be constructed and operate in an Industrial (I) Land Use District in Section 19, T15N, R118W near County Road 180. The subject property is owned by G & C Holdings LLC and is currently within the Agricultural/ Resource/ Development (ARD) Land Use District and will concurrently undergo the Subdivision and Map Amendment process.
A public hearing on this application will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Mountain View Town Hall, Mountain View, Wyoming.
