Minutes of the Business Meeting held June 1, 2023
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hooton, present was Councilmember’s Gregg Moretti, Jimmy Bramlett and Bronson Berg and Eric Quinney

Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Bramlett, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Bramlett made a motion to approve the minutes of the May 18, 2023 Business Meeting and Work Session, second by Councilman Berg, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-01 AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED “ANNUAL APPROPRIATION BILL FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2024 on the third and final reading, second by Councilman Bramlett, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Berg made a motion to approve Resolution # 2023-07 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BID FOR THE LYMAN STREETS 2023 PROJECT, AND ALLOW CONTRACT TO BE ENTERED AND EXECUTED, second by Councilman Moretti, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve Purchase Order 2023-05 to Major Roofing and Construction in the amount $12,681.50, second by Councilman Moretti, motion carried unanimously.
