Project Location: 103 East Sage Street, Lyman Wyoming 82937
Project Description:
The Elevated Living Assisted Living facility is a 25,293 sf facility with 32 assisted living rooms.
The main level has the following amenities; dining room, private dining room, exercise room, salon, bistro.
There is a commercial kitchen with a type 1 hood and makeup air system.
There is an 1,576 sf upper level with three offices and mechanical rooms.
The construction type will be VA using standard wood framing and wood trusses. All structural members will be rated from the inside. The main occupancy is I-1. The building will be fully sprinkled.
There is porte-cochere that will be built as non-combustible with metal framing.

Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference will be held on the project site from 9-10 am on September 13, 2024, with the architect and civil engineer.
Submittal Deadline and Bid Opening:
Bids, Bonding, and proof of Builder’s Risk Insurance must be sent by sealed envelope to the Lyman City Hall located at 100 E Sage St, Lyman WY 82937 no later than 2pm on the September 27, 2024 (“Submittal Deadline”) Bids will be publicly opened read by the city. The city will officially announce the contract winner on October 7th at the town meeting.
Type of Bid:
Bids will be submitted on a lump-sum basis. Segregated bids will not be accepted.
Owner’s Right to Reject Bids:
The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein and/or in the bidding.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Bridger Valley Water Conservancy District (District) has requested the transfer of title to the Lyman Construction Camp located in Uinta County, Wyoming - including associated facilities, water rights, and land interests from the United State Bureau of Reclamation. The 3.11-acre property currently serves as the District headquarters and has been utilized by the District since the late 1970s. On September 9th, 2024, at 7:00 PM, the Bureau of Reclamation will hold a public meeting with the District to discuss the transfer of title to the Lyman Construction Camp. The meeting will be held at the District office, located at 609 West 3rd Street, Mountain View, Wyoming – which is also the location of the Lyman Construction Camp. During the meeting there will be time to answer questions regarding the matter. If unable to join in person, please send your comments by email to bschmutz@usbr.gov by September 10th, 2024.
