The Uinta County School District No. Four Board of Trustees is accepting letters of interest from persons interested in filling a vacancy on the board. Mayor Bryan Ayres led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The November 7, 2023 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Mayor, Bryan Ayres. Those present were, council members, Jamy Ferrin, Jenny Harvey and Kelly Bonner, Clerk Treasurer, Penny Robbins, Public Works Director, Jake Porter and Police Officer Mark Erramouspe. Attorney Brandon Taylor attended via Zoom.

Motion by Jenny Harvey, second by Jamy Ferrin to approve the October 17, 2023 meeting minutes; motion carried.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Jenny Harvey to approve the variance requested by Roger Tims to change the utility easement from 30 feet to 25 feet at 740 Wildflower Street, motion carried.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Kelly Bonner to approve open container for Cowboy Bar on December 1-3, 2023 and extended hours on December 3, 2023 for the Bridger Valley Pool Tournament, motion carried.
