Mountain View, WY 82939 PUBLIC NOTICE - CALL FOR BIDS Uinta County School District No. Four of Mountain View, Wyoming is request-ing sealed bid proposals for a replacement of the Mountain View K-8 roof. Spec-ifications will be available at the mandatory site visit. The bid is to be awarded under a single Contract with single source responsibility. Project completion date is estimated to be August 15, 2025. A mandatory, pre-bid site walk-through will be held at the Mountain View K-8 building on 3100 County Road 241, Mountain View, WY 82939 on Novem-ber 25, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. This walk-through will be mandatory for all prime bidders wishing to have their bid considered for the work.
The successful bidder shall provide a 10% Bid Bond (or equivalent security).
Preference will be given to Wyoming Contractors as defined by Wyoming Statutes Section 16-6-101, et seq. Pursuant to Wyoming State Statute 16-6-104 and 16-6-106 preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, ma-chinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside the State. The bidder is additionally required to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all bid proposals, or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any bid proposal in the bidding. Submit written bid proposals to: Jeff Newton, Superintendent, Uinta County School Dis-trict No. 4, 129 W Second St, Mountain View, WY 82939. Sealed bid proposals shall be marked as specified in the bidding specifications on the outside of the envelope. Proposals must be received by the District Central Office no later than December 6, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Proposals will not be accepted after this date and time.

The October 15, 2024 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Mayor, Bryan Ayres Those present were, council members, Tori Carter, and Kelly Bonner, Clerk, Penny Robbins, Public Works Director, Jacob Porter, Police Officer, Mark Erramouspe and Attorney, Brandon Taylor.

ORDINANCE 2024-04
REVISIONS TO DISPENSING ROOMS
WHEREAS, the Town of Mountain View has reviewed its code regarding dispensing rooms and has determined that updating the language would be in the best interest of the Town;
WHEREAS, the Town of Mountain View recognizes the need of local businesses to hire and utilize the employment of eighteen (18) year olds who are permitted to serve alcohol consistent with state regulations.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Mountain View, in the State of Wyoming, as follows:
SECTION 1: AMENDMENT “6.12.180 DISPENSING ROOMS” of the Mountain View Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows:
A M E N D M E N T
6.12.180 DISPENSING ROOMS
A. Location, Regulation and Restrictions as to Place of Sale.
1. The principal place in which alcoholic and malt beverages are sold under a license shall be located in one room upon the premises for which the license is issued and as approved by the Town Council. Upon payment of an additional license fee equal to two-thirds (2/3) of the fee paid for the original license, a licensee may have and maintain one additional dispensing room in the same building under the authority of the original license. Alcoholic beverages secured in the licensed room by a server may be served only in the building in which the licensed room is located. Only alcoholic and malt beverages, nonalcoholic beverages, food, tobacco, and national alcoholic and malt beverage promotional sales items sold to the licensee bearing the name and trademark of the national alcoholic liquor and malt beverage firm or company whose products the item is advertising may be sold and served in the licensed room. The Town Council shall, as often as necessary, inspect the licensed room and adjoining rooms where alcoholic beverages are served to ensure that the licensee is in compliance with sanitation and fire hazard requirements and other applicable laws. A licensee may separate the facility for the sale of alcoholic liquor and malt beverages for off-premises consumption from the Page 2 facility used to serve customers for on-premise consumption without payment of an additional fee. A separated facility for making sale for off-premise consumption shall be located adjoining the facility for making sale for on-premise consumption. The two facilities may be separated by a glass or other suitable partition.
2. If a licensee is engaged in a business operation with convention facilities, the licensee may maintain more than one additional dispensing room under the same fee referred to in paragraph A,1. For purposes of this paragraph, a convention facility shall have and maintain all of the following: a. Motel or hotel sleeping room accommodations; b. Restaurant facilities; and c. Conference facilities.
3. The Town Council may issue a twenty-four (24) hour permit to any licensee authorizing the sale of alcoholic or malt beverages in one additional dispensing room in the same building licensed by the original license for a twenty-four (24) hour period only. No one licensee shall be issued more than four (4) permits in any one (1) year period. The fee for the period will be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) payable in advance.
B. Storage Outside Licensed Premises Prohibited; Exceptions. Retail licensees shall not store alcoholic liquor outside of the licensed premises unless he files with the Wyoming Liquor Commission a written statement that he stores liquor in a place other than his place of business and states the exact location of the storage place.
C. Under Age Persons Restricted From Dispensing Room; Exceptions; Penalty.
1. No licensee, agent, or employee thereof shall knowingly permit any person under the age of twenty-one (21) to enter or remain in the licensed room or rooms where alcoholic or malt beverages are dispensed, except for employees of the licensee, age eighteen (18) or older, in the course of their employment.
2. When the licensed room or rooms are not open for the sale or dispensing of alcoholic or malt beverages, employees of the licensee under the age of eighteen (18) may be permitted in the course of their employment to work in the room or rooms.
3. Any person violating paragraph C,1, or aiding, abetting, or inciting any violation thereof is guilty of a misdemeanor.
D. Prohibited Acts Within Dispensing Rooms. No licensee or agent or employee thereof shall knowingly permit prostitution, lewdness, assignation, or any unlawful act within any dispensing room, building, or premises licensed under this Chapter.

Main St., Clearfield, UT 84015, the Contractor, for the Mountain View High School and K-8 Slurry Seal Project 2024. The Contractor is entitled to final settlement for work under this Contract and the School District will make final payment to the Contractor, herein mentioned, for the full amount due on the forty-first (41st) day after first publication of this notice, being first published on November 15, 2024, and final payment to be made on December 26, 2024. Any claims should be submitted to the School District. Claims not filed with the School District prior to the forty-first (41st) day after the first date of this publication, the same shall be waived.
